Frequently asked questions
Which providers appear on the public register?
Only ISP profiles that are active, visible on the platform, and backed by a current active certificate appear on the public register.
Can investors create accounts in ISPHub?
Investor accounts are available only when TISEZA enables local investor mode. When local mode is disabled, requests, reviews, and complaints arrive through the authenticated external integration API.
What is the difference between local and external investor mode?
Local mode lets investors use ISPHub accounts for discovery, requests, bookings, messages, reviews, and complaints. External mode lets a trusted investor platform send the same workflow activity to ISPHub through API-key authenticated integration.
Who can register from the public site?
ISP organizations can self-register. Investor self-registration appears only when local investor registration is enabled. TISEZA officer, supervisor, and platform administrator accounts are provisioned by authorized administrators.
Why is my ISP account not publicly listed after registration?
Registration only creates the account. Public listing requires application processing, payment, training compliance where applicable, certificate issuance, activation, and TISEZA visibility approval.
What does certificate verification show?
Verification confirms the certificate record, issue date, expiry date, current status, provider lifecycle status, and whether the provider is currently listed publicly.
Where do announcements come from?
Announcements are published notices from TISEZA, including certifications, suspensions, deregistrations, and operational public register updates.
